I just put this together by myself, it took about an hour. Mine is a chocolate brown cord. It went together fairly easy, I had one side hand screw that I struggled a bit with, once I got it lined up it tightened just fine. It did NOT come with decorative pillows. I ordered the 78 one to replace another full size couch I have had for 25 years. I love the look of this couch. I had saved these tables from the 70s, they were too small for the last couch, but they are perfect with this one. I love the look of the sofa and tables together. Very pleased with my purchase. I did research online and saw that they were manufactured in Illinois, but when this box arrived, it was plainly stamped made in China, I didnt like that part, I try to buy products

Not sure if this is actually a product, all the documentation refers to True Customer Support and an internet search pulls up True Innovations.
The good: fabric looks good and seems to be of decent quality. Assembly process was good as was the hardware.
The bad: Back - the manufacturer should be ashamed of what they call back cushions. The fill was little more than three strips of loose batting and the strapping is not firm enough. Seat - the seat springs are not firm enough and the cushions are too thick and are not dense enough. At only 155 lbs. I sank way too deep into this couch.
The smelly: The seat cushions once released from their vacuum packing absolutely stink.
I dont think its worth the close to $400 we paid, so we will carefully packaged it back up and will be returning it.
The frame seems sturdy. There are middle legs, so I dont think well have to worry about it collapsing like I saw in another review. The size is great, the problem we have is the cushions, which Im just going to replace using the same covers. Giving it 4 stars because, for us, the frame and cushion covers are really nice and replacing the cushions themselves isnt a huge deal.
The bottom cushions are designed like a mattress, springs covered in foam. I dont mind it myself, but my husband doesnt like it and its primarily for him, so were going to figure out what works best there. If it were just me, Id be fine with the bottom cushions at least until the foam wore down and I could feel the springs (which happened with past chairs).
The back cushions are just overstuffed. I feel like its trying to push me off the couch, no give to them at all. Ive measured the cases and ordered foam cut to actually fit them instead of just overstuffed polyfill.
Pros: All the cushions are removeable, and the cases come off for easy cleaning.
Managed to spill ketchup on it already and it wiped right off!
Cons: All the cushions are just too big, barely fit in their cases and make us feel like were being pushed off the couch rather than sinking in to enjoy. Personal taste there.
When trying to adjust using temporary cushions (aka smaller, so the frame is exposed partially), my husband leaned on the frame itself and got poked by the edge of a screw or something sharp. Not enough to cut himself, though.
Will update if the frame turns out to be shody, but so far its really nice!
Didnt realize until after it arrived that the requested weight limit is 250lb for a couch. It is a very nice looking. Cushions do seem to form to who is sitting on it for a while. I have to plump them up every time someone gets up.
Its not comfortable to sit on for a long period of times or any time relaxing on the couch. This is great for short periods such as an office, quick visits that require like and hour or less. The seat cushion is very hard and thick and the back support cushion bundles up and creates a very narrow seat experience. I had to roll the back cushion so that it can slim itself out for more leg and thigh support.
What really helped is actually taking the bottom foam off the seat cushion to make it less thick. Somehow its working out better and making it a bit more comfortable.
Great for the price. Attractive and fits well in a small space. This is not really a small sofa/ couch as it is bigger than my love seat. My only complaint is that the way the center legs are placed it looks like it is sagging.
Love the couch. It came to my door within three days of me placing my order. Easy to assemble. Fits great for my living room. I think it will takes some time to break the couch in but for what I paid the the couch it is comfortable.

Loveseat is great, except the cushions are too much.

So far so good.
Right size foot print for my space. Seating area little narrow, not quite deep enough.
Strange Smell
Item has a strange smell which I assume will wear off with time.
Nice dark blue and a great sofa!
